With a water reserve and an indicator to gauge when it’s time to refill you have a fully automated gardening solution.

That in turn limits the contraction, expansion and degradation that comes from constant water and soil contact with the timber. These benefits are not only structural, you can expect the timber to look better for longer too, less affected by the ageing process and water marks.

In addition to the benefits of the smart planter the internals of the hardwood planter are sealed with a water portable waterproofing coating as well as a galvanised steel capped drainage system and finished with a high quality traditional timber oil designed to be the last planter you will ever need.

A lighter Australian grey gum gives a great quality, durable material with natural grains and colouring ranging from light pinks through yellow streaks and light brown shades, dressed and framed in a deep redwood for a great contrast.

Starting from a light coloured timber gives a great option to stain the timber to your desired colour.
